If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with tags attached for a full refund within 7 days from the time you receive it. You may get an exchange up to 14 days from the time of receipt. Streetboutique.com will NOT accept any items returned after 14 days from the time you receive your package. All clearance sale items are final. Please note all goods returned that are not damaged or faulty will be charged a restocking fee or £5.00 pounds which will be deducted from final refund.

Any Items that in our opinion,appear to have been worn, will not be accepted for refund & will be returned at the customers own cost.

We will only deliver to the address of the Credit card holder for security reasons.

If our couriers are not able to deliver your goods they will be returned back to our warehouse and you will be charged for re delivery at our couriers standard tariff rate.

If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

Our cut off time for next day delivery before 1.00 pm is 2.00pm. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next working day.Saturday delivery can not been guarnateed. Orders placed on Friday after 2.00pm will be delivered the following Monday before 1.00pm. Streetboutique.com can not be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. However we will endeavour to make sure your items get there on time. Items of clothing that have to be returned due the customer ordering a wrong size will have to pay a £5.00 Pound re postage charge. This is to cover the cost of the Royal Mail Special Delivery fee next day by 1.00pm service.
